Terms and Conditions
Give to Enable is a giving platform provided by the Enable Savings Plan (the “Plan”). You must be the Account Owner of an Enable Savings Plan Account to utilize Give to Enable and any donations received as a result of your Give to Enable account will be deposited directly into your Enable Plan Account. The Plan is Sponsored by the State of Nebraska and administered by the Nebraska State Treasurer. The Plan is intended to operate as a qualified ABLE program to be used only to save for Qualified Disability Expenses, as defined in the Achieving a Better Life Experience Act of 2014, Section 529 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, and Sections 77-1401 through 77-1409 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes. This website is not intended to provide legal or tax advice. Giving to Enable and the Plan do not provide any guarantees that funds raised using Giving to Enable will be exempt from federal or state tax consequences. You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of Account funds qualifies as a Qualified Disability Expense and you should consult your tax advisor, attorney, and/or any other advisor regarding your specific situation.
Your use of Give to Enable is not considered testimonial with respect to the Plan and any personal information collected will not be used for marketing purposes.
